Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Noida. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, and driving business growth. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, generating leads, meeting sales targets, preparing regular sales reports, and coordinating with the marketing team to align sales and promotional efforts. The role involves identifying market trends and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while driving revenue growth for SciAstra.

Responsibility:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare reports/forecasts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations).
  • Use CRM tools (mandatory) to track leads, manage pipeline, and ensure data accuracy.
