closely with the leadership team for providing strategic solutions and implement
impact-driven initiatives that foster financial expansion and contribute to streamlining
the business operations and control functions.
JD:
• Meet or exceed Ocean forwarding revenue, volume and sales coverage targets
according to the sales plan.
• Actively manage Ocean Customers to push our Ocean product capabilities in
order to ensure that we meet our Ocean product budget.
• Achieve the GP budget for ocean at the Zone level.
• Identify and select target customers from various sources and develop a sales
plan to achieve the market plan.
• Ensure pricing requests are justified and conform to freight forwarding pricing
guidelines with balanced emphasis on net returns.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of weekly sales calls, and participate in
formulation sales forecasts.
• Maintain an updated customer database, with appropriate profiles and
segmentation.
• Interact with customers regularly, meeting commitments and achieving high
customer satisfaction levels.
• Network with industry counterparts, such as forwarders, co-loaders and Ocean
carriers to understand market and competitive landscape
What makes you the best fit
• Years of experience - 5-15 years in Freight forwarding
• He should have experience of US Trade line.
• Volume handling - 14-16 TEU's per week.
• Market - Preferably International Market
