Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Motihari. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, build and maintain key client relationships, and lead a team to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, developing sales strategies, handling client accounts, and managing a high-performing sales team. The Sales Manager will also collaborate across departments to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to business growth while maintaining strong communication with both clients and team members.

Qualifications

• Sales and negotiation skills with experience in developing and closing deals
• Team leadership and management abilities, including coaching and performance monitoring
• Strong understanding of financial products and services, including personal loans, business loans, and credit advisory
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships and foster teamwork
• Problem-solving and analytical abilities with a focus on achieving results
• Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite
• Proven experience in a sales, business development, or financial services role
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the financial services sector is an added advantage
