Roles & Responsibilities

Experience working in food and beverage industry
Managing organizational sales by developing business plans that covers sales, revenue and expense controls
Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team
Conduct training and coaching for your sales team
Developing your sales team through motivation, counselling and product knowledge education
Promoting the organization and products
Understand our ideal target audience and how they best relate to our products
Relationship building with new and existing customers
Provide business development and strategic insight into specific market segments designated by upper management
Work with management to create and implement sales strategies and policies to develop business in the respective markets
Able to work weekends, public holidays and overtime whenever necessary
