Sales Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Jaipur for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will oversee and execute sales strategies, maintain and expand customer relationships, and develop opportunities to drive revenue for the resort. Responsibilities include managing client inquiries, preparing sales presentations and proposals, negotiating contracts, collaborating with the marketing team for promotional strategies, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

• Sales and client relationship management skills
• Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the hospitality, wellness, or luxury lifestyle sector is a plus
• Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM systems
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field
• Leadership and team collaboration abilities
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment

Salary- up to 1 Lac (Remuneration will depend on the candidate's eligibility and experience.)
