Key Responsibilities
Sales & Distribution
- Establish coverage, distribution, and product visibility under guidance from Head Sales.
- Focus on traditional channels to grow distribution, volumes, and market presence.
- Create detailed PJPs for all Sales Officers and Territory Managers.
- Appoint distributors and ensure territory coverage to achieve sales objectives.
- Set primary and secondary targets (town-wise and market-wise) and monitor progress.
Team Management
- Manage, train, motivate, and control sales teams across territories.
- Conduct regular sales and business reviews to evaluate performance.
- Ensure timely filling of sales force vacancies in coordination with Head Sales and HR.
Market & Customer Management
- Execute market plans and coordinate marketing/brand activities.
- Create new retailer points and expand into untapped markets.
- Collect customer feedback, monitor competitor activities, and address trade or consumer issues promptly.
Reporting & Analytics
- Track sales performance and submit periodic reports to Head Sales.
- Maintain proper records and follow reporting protocols strictly.
