Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in Kolkata. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with Associates and identifying opportunities in Financial services. Additional responsibilities include managing a sales team, analyzing market trends, achieving sales targets, and working closely with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in sales, business development, and achieving sales targets
• Experience in building client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service
• Strong knowledge of financial services, including mutual funds, health insurance, and loan services
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience in sales or financial services
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Salary:

2.4-4.2 Lacs P.A.
