Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Vadodara. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, build effective client relationships, and develop strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Core responsibilities include identifying and pursuing potential clients, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue growth, while ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Sales Manager will collaborate with the team to implement processes for continuous improvement and market development.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales strategy, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
  • Experience in team leadership and cross-functional collaboration

  • Knowledge of matrimonial or similar online platform industries is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM software and basic office applications
