Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager - Rooms, based in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing relationships with potential clients, managing room sales, and achieving occupancy and revenue targets. The role will require proactive involvement in market research, designing sales strategies, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Regular collaboration with the revenue, marketing, and operations teams to maximize opportunities and achieve business goals is also integral to this position.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in identifying market trends, developing sales strategies, and delivering presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Organizational and multitasking skills with an ability to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets.
  • Knowledge of hotel room operations, revenue management, and the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • Previous managerial experience in a sales-related role, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry. A proven track record of achieving sales targets is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
