The TITLE provides Energy Upgrade business to North region located in Delhi.
In addition to annual initiatives, the key accountabilities of this position are:
MAIN JOB ACCOUNTABILITY
- Lead generation activity for Energy Upgrade in Noth region
- Energy Auditing
- Establish strong, long-term relationship with existing and prospective customers, cross selling
- ROI based value selling of Armstrong products & solutions
- Work with End users and Consultants to incorporate Armstrong specs
- Partner with ESCOs and offer energy solutions
- Build the OEM partnership portfolio
2ND MAIN JOB ACCOUNTABILITY
- Networking, presenting, promoting Armstrong products during the industry events and trade fairs and customer reach programs
- Concept selling
- Promote Armstrong value products & solutions to contractors in retrofit business
- Make strategies to develop energy upgrade business in the region
Role Requirements
- Degree in electrical / mechanical, MBA would be value addition. Preferred certification in Energy auditing.
- 7 – 10 years of experience working on HVAC industry (Sales, Solution development & Energy audit).
- Good technical knowledge & understanding of HVAC plant room, HVAC plant Automation & equipment's like Chillers, Pumps, Cooling Tower & AHU's etc
- Good data analysis skill to analyse & calculate potential energy savings
- Creative problem-solving skills, conflict management within different organizations (centralized and matrix organizational structures)
- Ability to break down complex problems in a simplified way, conduct root cause analysis and provide clear, well-thought-out recommendations.
- Strong, team-oriented leadership skills with presence and a bias for action.
- Self-directed with ability to work autonomously and collaboratively and a focus on results.
- Ability to communicate in an open and authentic manner in all situations
