Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Sales Managers and Relationship Managers located in Noida. Responsibilities include managing and growing relationships with clients, driving sales, overseeing financial transactions, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will collaborate with teams to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction in alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with experience in achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency in Business Relationship Management and effective Communication skills to engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Solid background in Finance, with knowledge of financial products such as home loans, loans against property, and construction finance.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities to mentor and guide team members towards goals.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Noida and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the housing finance sector or financial services is an added advantage.
