Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager for our Refractory Materials division in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management and a deep understanding of refractory materials. This role will involve developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth in a competitive market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the refractory materials market.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends.
  • Collaborate with the production and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and report on sales forecasts and trends.
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff, if applicable.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
  • 10-17 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the refractory materials or industrial materials sector.
  • Strong understanding of refractory materials, their applications, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
