Roles and Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify, engage, and convert qualified sales leads to expand the customer base, leveraging research, market insights, and strategic outreach.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process—including lead generation, proposal development, negotiations, and contract closure—while taking ownership of the client relationship post-sale.
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospects, customers, and strategic partners by offering expert consultation, consistent support, and tailored solutions.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals through a structured and metrics-driven approach.
- Study buyer behavior, industry trends, and competitor activities to generate actionable insights, inform sales strategy, and refine buyer persona profiles.
- Gather client feedback to influence product improvements, propose innovative solutions, and contribute to the evolution of service and product offerings.
- Ensure high service quality by aligning with organizational standards, while actively enhancing professional knowledge through workshops, publications, and industry networking.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1+ years of proven experience in sales and business development within IT services, software, SaaS, or tech-related products, with a strong track record of success.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required; an MBA or postgraduate degree in business, supply chain, marketing, or advertising is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and present solutions effectively.
- Proficiency in value-based selling, strong negotiation and objection-handling skills, and the ability to close deals in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
- Critical thinker with solid problem-solving skills, able to analyze customer needs and translate them into actionable business solutions.
- Skilled in using MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM platforms to manage pipelines, track performance, and report progress.
