The Role:

We're hiring an experienced Sales Manager to lead our recruitment sales conversations with founders and HR heads of mid-segment companies in the US and other markets. You'll own the full sales cycle for our recruitment platform and AI-enabled recruitment services — from pipeline generation through to close — and stay engaged through delivery to keep clients successful and accounts growing. This is a hands-on, quota-carrying role rather than a people-management position; the leadership we're looking for shows up in how you run high-stakes conversations and guide deals to the right outcome.

What You'll do:

  • Own a sales quota for Wisemonk's recruitment platform and services, selling to founders and HR managers of mid-segment companies in the US and beyond.
  • Build your pipeline from three sources: our existing client relationships, demand generated by our marketing efforts, and your own outbound work.
  • Lead consultative, credible sales conversations that reflect a real understanding of recruitment delivery - what it takes to source, assess, and place talent well.
  • Develop client relationships into new and expansion opportunities, and stay involved during delivery to coordinate with internal stakeholders and protect client outcomes.
  • Serve as the senior voice in the room, setting the tone for how Wisemonk shows up in recruitment sales.

What You Bring:

  • Around 10 years of sales experience, with a track record of success in recruitment services or IT services.
  • A proven record as a sales leader - someone who has consistently carried and exceeded a target.
  • A genuine understanding of delivery in recruitment and staffing, enough to sell credibly and manage expectations through fulfillment.
  • Strong communication skills and the presence to lead conversations with senior founders and HR decision-makers.
  • A self-starter who treats existing relationships and marketing leads as a foundation to build on, not rely on.
