Role Description The Sales Manager role at Realty Masterz is a full-time, on-site position based in Kharar. The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, including managing a team of real estate sales professionals, setting sales targets, and monitoring performance. Responsibilities include prospecting and nurturing leads, conducting property presentations and site visits, negotiating deals, and ensuring timely closure of transactions. The role involves collaborating with marketing and operations teams, maintaining accurate sales reports and CRM records, and ensuring a high-quality client experience. The Sales Manager will also analyze local market trends, develop sales strategies, and represent the company in client meetings and networking events.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Experience leading or supervising a sales team, including coaching, performance management, and pipeline oversight.
  • Ability to understand local real estate market dynamics, pricing trends, and property valuation basics.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic office software to manage leads and sales reporting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present properties and solutions clearly to diverse clients.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail in documentation and follow-up.
  • Prior experience in real estate sales or a related industry is preferred; experience in the Chandigarh Tricity market is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is beneficial, though equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Kharar, conduct field visits as needed, and maintain a professional demeanor with clients and colleagues.
