Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for creating and executing strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives, generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and closing deals. Additional responsibilities include market analysis, forecasting sales trends, leading a team, and collaborating with internal departments to meet customer needs and exceed sales targets.

Core Responsibilities

Sales Planning and Strategy

  • Set monthly/ Quarterly sales targets
  • Plan marketing and sales campaigns
  • Analyze market trends and competitor pricing

Team Management

  • Recruit, Train and supervise Sales Executives
  • Assign leads and track performance
  • Motivate the team to meet targets

Lead Management

  • Handle high-value clients and site visits
  • Convert leads into bookings
  • Follow-Up with prospects and channel partners

Client Relationship

  • Build strong relationships with buyers and investors
  • Handle negotiations and closing deals
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business

Co-ordination

  • Work with marketing team for campaigns (Digital, Brokers, Events)
  • Co-ordinate with legal and CRM team for documentation
  • Ensure smooth booking to registration process

Qualifications and Required Skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred
  • 4-6 Years of experience in real-estate sales (For Manager Role)

Required Skills

  • Strong Communication and Negotiation.
  • Leadership and team handling.
  • Market knowledge ( Pricing, Location, Market Trends )
  • CRM Tools like Salesforce, Zoho etc.
  • Target driven mindset.

Salary

5 - 8 LPA (Fixed)
