This is a full time role with our reputed client which is into real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
Channel Partner Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with IPCs and regional channel partners
- Ensure active participation of top channel partners in all projects launches and sales initiatives
- Provide consistent support and training to channel partners to enhance their sales capabilities and product knowledge.
- Ensure partners are regularly updated on product features, pricing, inventory, and offers to keep them market-ready.
Sales Delivery
- Drive sales targets through the CP network for both launch and sustenance phases.
- Actively participate in launch events, market activations, and site campaigns to generate leads and accelerate conversions.
- Collaborate closely with CPs to track prospects, ensure site visits, and close bookings effectively.
- Provide market intelligence — including competitor activity, pricing trends, and CP/customer feedback.
- Maintain accurate sales funnel and performance reporting for timely follow-ups and management visibility.
Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate (MBA shall be preferred)
- Experience: Minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience in sales
Attributes & Skills:
- Experience in handling large-scale townships, plotted/villa developments, and high-value real estate projects.
- Strong network and relationships with IPCs and regional channel partners.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
