We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a focus on the real estate market in India. This role involves developing sales strategies, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the real estate market.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and sales proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market in India.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
