Role: Sales Manager (Real Estate)
Job Summary
We are seeking a *high-performing Sales Manager* who can drive revenue, lead client interactions, and close high-value deals in residential and commercial real estate.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage with qualified homebuyers and understand their property requirements
* Conduct professional and persuasive site visits
* Build & maintain long-term client relationships
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Negotiate and close property transactions
* Coordinate with developers for pricing, availability, and project updates
* Maintain CRM records and follow-up pipelines
* Analyse market trends, pricing insights, and competitor activities
Requirements
* *Bachelor's degree* (any discipline)
* *37 years* of experience in Real Estate
* Strong communication, negotiation & closing skills
* Target-driven, self-motivated, and client-focused
* Willingness to travel for site visits/meetings
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets (preferred)
