Job Description

Job Summary
The Sales Manager – Real Estate is responsible for driving sales performance, managing the sales team,
achieving revenue targets, and ensuring excellent customer experience. The role involves strategic
planning, team leadership, client handling, channel partner management, and coordination with internal
departments to ensure smooth sales operations and closures.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Planning & Target Achievement
Define and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to maximize bookings and revenue
Track daily sales activities, site visits, and closures
2. Team Management
Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise sales executives
Allocate leads and monitor follow-ups and conversion ratios
Conduct daily sales meetings and performance reviews
Motivate team members and manage performance improvement plans
3. Lead & Customer Management
Oversee lead generation from digital campaigns, portals, referrals, and channel partners
Ensure timely follow-ups and professional customer handling
Handle high-value and escalated clients and support negotiations
4. Channel Partner Management
Build and maintain relationships with brokers and channel partners
Organize channel partner meets, site visits, and training sessions
Track CP performance and coordinate commissions
5. Site Visits & Deal Closures
Ensure effective site visit planning and property presentations
Support the team during pricing discussions and final closures
Ensure proper booking documentation and compliance
6. CRM, MIS & Reporting
Ensure accurate data entry and tracking in CRM systems
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
Analyze lead quality, conversion rates, and drop reasons
7. Coordination with Internal Teams
Work closely with marketing, CRM, legal, and accounts teams
Ensure smooth booking, agreement, and handover processes
Support collections team for timely payment follow-ups
8. Market Analysis & Inventory Control
Monitor inventory availability, pricing, and offers
Study competitor projects, pricing trends, and customer preferences
Share market insights and recommendations with management
9. Compliance & Process Adherence
Ensure adherence to RERA regulations and company policies
Maintain transparency and prevent mis-selling
Uphold ethical sales practices and brand reputation
