Job Summary:We're seeking an experienced Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will bring deep market knowledge, a strong CP network, and a proven ability to drive high-value property transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead residential and commercial property sales across Tricity
• Activate and manage CP network to generate qualified leads
• Conduct site visits, client presentations, and deal negotiations
• Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to achieve monthly targets
• Maintain detailed sales reports and pipeline tracking

Requirements:

• Minimum 56 years of real estate sales experience
• Strong CP connections in Mohali, Chandigarh, and Panchkula
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Must have own vehicle for client meetings and site visits
