Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager with strong experience in the Ready-to-Cook (RTC) and Ready-to-Eat (RTE) food segment, specifically handling HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes/Catering) business. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key HoReCa accounts, expanding distribution channels, and developing long-term business relationships with institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets in the HoReCa segment.
  • Drive business development for RTC/RTE food products across Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes, QSRs, Cloud Kitchens, and Catering companies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with chefs, purchase managers, food service buyers, and institutional clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand HoReCa customer base.
  • Handle key accounts and negotiate annual commercial agreements.
  • Coordinate product trials, sampling activities, and menu integration with clients.
  • Work closely with distributors and channel partners to ensure smooth supply and product availability.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences.
  • Ensure achievement of sales targets, collections, and profitability goals.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business review presentations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel Management, Food Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HoReCa sales within FMCG, frozen foods, packaged foods, RTC/RTE foods, or food service industry.
  • Strong network within Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes, QSRs, and institutional food service clients.
  • Good understanding of food service operations and B2B sales processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong business development and key account management capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business expansion.
