RapidShyp is looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join our Sales & Business Development team in Gurugram.

Role: Sales Manager – B2C / D2C
What we're looking for:
* Strong experience in new customer acquisition and business development
* Hands-on experience in the D2C / E-commerce ecosystem
* Proven experience managing the complete sales cycle — lead generation, pitching, negotiation, closure & onboarding
* Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
* Experience handling key accounts and driving upselling & cross-selling
* Ability to manage sales pipelines, CRM, follow-ups and revenue targets
* Experience working with founders, business owners, e-commerce heads or other key decision-makers
Preferred backgrounds:
D2C | E-commerce | Logistics | Shipping/Courier Aggregation | E-commerce Logistics | Last-Mile Delivery | Fulfilment | Supply Chain / Logistics Tech
