Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our jewellery sales operations, drive revenue growth and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in jewellery retail, team management, customer relationship management and achieving sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of brand presentation and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, coach and develop the showroom sales team.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value customers.
- Monitor daily sales performance and prepare MIS reports for management.
- Implement sales strategies, promotional campaigns and upselling initiatives.
- Ensure proper display, merchandising and visual presentation of jewellery collections.
- Coordinate with inventory and operations teams for stock availability and replenishment.
- Handle customer concerns, exchanges and service issues professionally.
- Maintain knowledge of gold, diamond, platinum, gemstone and bridal jewellery collections.
- Track market trends, competitor activities and customer preferences.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, security procedures and operational standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management or a related field.
- 5–6 years of experience in jewellery retail sales, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of jewellery products, pricing, certifications and customer buying behaviour.
