Role Description

As a full-time Sales Manager at Ralith Realty, you will oversee and manage sales processes to drive revenue growth while building and maintaining strong client relationships. Responsibilities include generating leads, conducting property presentations, negotiating sales agreements, maintaining client satisfaction, and mentoring the sales team to achieve targets. Additionally, the role involves preparing sales reports and forecasts to inform strategic decision-making. This is an on-site position based in Panipat.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Sales, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management
  • Proficiency in Marketing Strategies, Lead Generation, and Business Development
  • Team Leadership, Mentoring, and Performance Management abilities
  • Strong Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
  • Data Analysis and Report Preparation skills for tracking performance metrics
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Relevant experience in the real estate industry is highly advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
