Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Sales Manager based in Mohali district. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, build and maintain relationships with clients, and drive business growth. Key responsibilities include managing the sales cycle, meeting revenue targets, providing excellent customer service, and identifying new business opportunities. The role requires maintaining a deep understanding of the real estate market and industry trends to inform strategy and decision-making.

Qualifications
  • Proven sales and negotiation skills, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
  • Strong relationship-building, customer service, and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and implement effective sales strategies
  • Leadership capabilities with the ability to manage and motivate a sales team

  • Prior experience in real estate sales or a related industry is a strong advantage
