Protech Engineering is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our team and drive business growth through strong customer relationships and effective sales strategies.

Location: Calicut

Qualification: B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics

Experience: 7–10 Years

Preferred: Industrial or Technical Sales

Salary: 1,50,000 – 1,90,000

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and achieve sales and business targets

• Identify new business opportunities and potential customers

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Handle industrial and technical sales activities

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions

• Manage leads, negotiations and sales closures

• Conduct customer meetings, presentations and follow-ups

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Candidate Profile

Strong experience in Industrial / Technical Sales

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong business development and customer-handling abilities

Technical understanding and solution-oriented approach

Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently
