Role Description

We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Sales Manager who will operate as a leader at Mumbai Western Suburbs (Malad, Goregaon etc) exhibiting strong leadership capabilities. The incumbent will be responsible for achieving assigned sales targets and providing guidance, mentorship, and direction to a team of 4–5 sales executives to support overall business growth and revenue objectives

Key Responsibilities: 

.Generate leads through site visits, referrals, and digital platforms. 

.Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits. 

.Negotiate and close deals effectively. 

.Maintain strong follow-ups to ensure conversion. 

.Build and maintain relationships with clients. 

.Guide, mentor, and support executives in achieving the targets. 

.Assist executives in client handling, negotiations, and deal closures. 

.Stay updated with market trends.

Requirements:

.Bachelor's degree in any stream

.3–8 years of experience in real estate sales.

.Experience in mentoring or team handling is preferred.

.Strong negotiation and closing skills.

.Proficiency in Hindi and English; knowledge of Gujarati is optional.

.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
