Position Overview:
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager who loves challenges, thrives on closing deals, building strategic relationships, and consistently exceeding targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive revenue generation for the install sound segment in Delhi and the peripheral market
- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across various sectors such as corporates, hospitality, education, performance venues, and government projects
- Build strong influence with System Integrators, Architects, Consultants, and PMCs to secure specifications and project wins
- Develop a strong pipeline of projects and actively track opportunities from early-stage discussions to closure
- Work closely with internal technical teams to deliver winning proposals and solutions
- Ensure timely follow-ups, negotiations, and closures to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Qualifications and Skills:
- 35 years of proven sales experience in AV, professional audio, or related industries
- Strong existing network within System Integrators, Consultants, Architects, and the PMC ecosystem in and around Delhi
- Basic technical understanding of professional audio systems and installation workflows is preferred.
- This is a field-intensive role requiring extensive travel, including regular client meetings, site visits, and on-ground engagement to drive project closures
- Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and closing skills
- Highly self-driven with a strong ownership mindset
