Job Description

Position Overview:

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager who loves challenges, thrives on closing deals, building strategic relationships, and consistently exceeding targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive revenue generation for the install sound segment in Delhi and the peripheral market
  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across various sectors such as corporates, hospitality, education, performance venues, and government projects
  • Build strong influence with System Integrators, Architects, Consultants, and PMCs to secure specifications and project wins
  • Develop a strong pipeline of projects and actively track opportunities from early-stage discussions to closure
  • Work closely with internal technical teams to deliver winning proposals and solutions
  • Ensure timely follow-ups, negotiations, and closures to achieve monthly and quarterly targets

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 35 years of proven sales experience in AV, professional audio, or related industries
  • Strong existing network within System Integrators, Consultants, Architects, and the PMC ecosystem in and around Delhi
  • Basic technical understanding of professional audio systems and installation workflows is preferred.
  • This is a field-intensive role requiring extensive travel, including regular client meetings, site visits, and on-ground engagement to drive project closures
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and closing skills
  • Highly self-driven with a strong ownership mindset
