Own and drive revenue generation for the install sound segment in Bangalore and peripheral market
Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across Install sound segment for various verticals such as corporates, hospitality, education, performance venues, and government projects
Build strong influence with System Integrators, Consultants, and End-customers to secure specifications and project wins
Develop a strong pipeline of projects and actively track opportunities from early-stage discussions to closure
Work closely with internal technical teams to deliver winning proposals and solutions
Ensure timely follow-ups, negotiations, and closures to achieve targets
Requirements
Freshers are eligible for this role who genuinely believe they can sell, are willing to learn fast, and are ready to put in the work
Basic technical understanding of professional audio systems and installation workflows is preferred.
This is a field-intensive role requiring extensive travel, including regular client meetings, site visits, and on-ground engagement to drive project closures
Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets
Strong negotiation, influencing, and closing skills
Highly self-driven with a strong ownership mindset
