Designation: Sales Manager (Consumables)

Desired Profile:
- Graduates with Science/Engineering background is preferred. Specialization in Chemistry/Chemicals or Printing technology or hands-on experience in Ink Sales would be considered as an advantage.
- Incumbent with sales experience of 8 to 12 years in selling Sheetfed/offset Inks
- Should understand ink selling market, Dealer market and prefer hands-on experience in handling ink sales used for Sheetfed/Offset, Conventional UV inks.
- Selling knowledge of Consumables including Pressroom Chemicals, Coatings, Plates, Blankets & Rollers would be an advantage.
- Should have experience in handling Sales analytics tools such as CRM, Salesforce or similar tools, including MS Office.
- Willing to travel, interpersonal skills and teamwork are essential part of the job
Job Summary
- Overall responsible for customer account management and sell offset/Sheetfed inks to direct customers and through distribution channel/dealer network.
- Manage the entire product portfolio in consumables including Coatings, Pressroom chemicals, Plates, Rollers and Blankets.
- Engage Ink Specialist periodically to find best solution for Customers requirements and improve Ink Sales.
- Identify and develop new Dealers, engage existing Dealers to promote Ink sales.
- Facilitating the growth of overall sales by providing the customer a comprehensive solutions approach including selling of Company machine spare parts and service.
- Maintain and improve knowledge of market development and competitors performance and their market share.
- Leading the day-to-day management of the sales cycle using Salesforce or similar Sales management tool.
- Use sales analytics from Salesforce tools for planning, leading and closing the business deals.
- Collaborate with fellow sales account manager (Equipment) to sell complete solution to the customer.
- Partner with service team and share timely necessary information to support the customers for their end to end requirements.
- Seek necessary feedback from custmers about the product performance and forward inputs to manufacturing team.
- Take ownership for timely collection of the products sold as per the credit guidelines and update finance and sales coordinator.
