Sales Manager - Partydial, Haldwani
Partydial, Uttarakhand's leading venue listing platform, seeks a dynamic Sales Manager to build and lead our field sales team from our Haldwani office. Drive venue onboardings across Nainital and nearby districts for rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, train, and manage 4-6 field sales reps and telecallers to hit monthly listing targets (e.g., 15-25 in Month 1).
Develop sales strategies, lead generation (local networks, Justdial), and CRM processes for 25% win rates.
Conduct field rides, demos, and performance reviews; ensure 10 daily meets/rep.
Qualifications & Experience
3-5 years in field sales/B2B (venues, real estate, or services preferred); Uttarakhand market knowledge a plus.
Proven track record: Hit 80%+ quotas; Hindi/English fluency essential.
Tools: CRM (HubSpot/Zoho), MS Office; driving license for field travel.
