Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with strong background in IT Sales, preferably in Government Projects, who can drive business growth, identify opportunities, and manage client relationships effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Government and Enterprise sectors.
- Handle IT product and solution sales, especially related to government projects.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals for tenders and RFPs.
- Understand client requirements and convert them into business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams for solution design and proposal development.
- Deliver presentations, product demos, and business pitches to potential clients.
- Maintain long-term client relationships and account management.
- Track and manage sales pipeline, targets, and revenue growth.
- Travel extensively for client meetings, project discussions, and business development.

- Understanding of Business Requirements and IT Solutions
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Basic knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT / Claude and Prompt Engineering
Qualification
- B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc IT / MBA (with IT experience)
Preferred Experience
- Experience in IT Sales related to Government projects or tenders will be highly preferred.
