We are looking for a driven POS Manager to build and scale our POSP/channel partner network focused on SME insurance (non-motor lines) such as Liability, Property, and other commercial risk covers.
This role is critical in driving partner-led SME business growth, managing existing relationships, and expanding the distribution network for business insurance solutions.

We are looking for a driven POS Manager to build and scale our POSP/channel partner network focused on SME insurance (non-motor lines) such as Liability, Property, and other commercial risk covers.
This role is critical in driving partner-led SME business growth, managing existing relationships, and expanding the distribution network for business insurance solutions.
Key Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development, preferably in insurance, fintech, or financial services.
- Proven experience in recruiting and managing POSPs, agents, and other distribution partners.
- Strong understanding of SME insurance products such as Liability, Property, and Financial Lines.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with channel partners to drive business growth.
- Experience in achieving premium and revenue targets through partner networks.
- Ability to support partners with product training, deal structuring, and closure assistance.
- Good understanding of policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and claims coordination.
- Strong analytical skills to track partner performance, activation, and persistency metrics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 2-6 years of experience in:
- Insurance distribution / agency / broking
- Experience in SME/commercial lines preferred
- Strong understanding of:
- Non-motor insurance products (Liability, Property, Financial Lines)
- SME-Focused Impact: Work on meaningful insurance solutions for businesses
- Build & Scale: Play a key role in expanding a high-potential distribution channel
- Ownership: Direct revenue responsibility and visible impact
- High-Growth Insurtech: Exposure to product innovation and tech-led distribution
