As we continue to grow our business from strength to strength, we are currently looking for a Sales Manager to join our team at Porsche Centre Delhi. As a Sales Manager of Porsche Centre Delhi, you will ultimately be responsible driving the sales numbers, while maintaining exceptional customer service & meeting all the business requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Sales strategy and performance management
- Team handling and overall sales team management
- Generate referrals by networking with HNI (High Net-Worth Individual) customers
- Implement target-driven sales strategies aligned with overall dealership goals
- Analyze sales performance reports and market trends to identify growth opportunities and derive strategic action plans
- Achieve quantitative sales targets with a strong focus on qualitative KPIs and customer experience
Essential Criteria:
- 3-5 Years of experience in managing sales team
- 10-12 years of experience in Luxury Automobile Market
- Established network and strong professional relationships within the market.
- Desired Industry Experience: Luxury Automobile/ Luxury Goods / Luxury Real Estate
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent networking and relationship management capabilities
- Strong knowledge of customer relationship management and dealership operations
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on long-term relationship building
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
