Employment Note: This position is employed directly by our Dealer Partner Extreme Motors LLP. Porsche India is the endorsing authority for this appointment.

Role:

As we continue to grow our business from strength to strength, we are currently looking for a Sales Manager to join our team at Porsche Centre Delhi. As a Sales Manager of Porsche Centre Delhi, you will ultimately be responsible driving the sales numbers, while maintaining exceptional customer service & meeting all the business requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales strategy and performance management
  • Team handling and overall sales team management
  • Generate referrals by networking with HNI (High Net-Worth Individual) customers
  • Implement target-driven sales strategies aligned with overall dealership goals
  • Analyze sales performance reports and market trends to identify growth opportunities and derive strategic action plans
  • Achieve quantitative sales targets with a strong focus on qualitative KPIs and customer experience

Essential Criteria:

  • 3-5 Years of experience in managing sales team
  • 10-12 years of experience in Luxury Automobile Market
  • Established network and strong professional relationships within the market.
  • Desired Industry Experience: Luxury Automobile/ Luxury Goods / Luxury Real Estate

Required Skills:

  • Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent networking and relationship management capabilities
  • Strong knowledge of customer relationship management and dealership operations
  • Customer-centric approach with a focus on long-term relationship building
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
