About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Manager – Field Sales to lead our Investment Upsell function. This role requires strong leadership capability, with a core focus on managing field sales teams, driving revenue growth, and executing strategic upselling initiatives within the financial products segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of field sales executives to achieve business objectives
- Drive team performance through target setting, regular reviews, and coaching
- Develop and implement effective investment upsell strategies to maximize revenue
- Identify opportunities for cross-sell and upsell within the existing customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients
- Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize team productivity and conversions
- Ensure adherence to organizational processes, compliance, and quality standards
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in BFSI/Investment domain
- Mandatory: Proven experience in handling and leading field sales teams
- Strong understanding of investment and financial products
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and upselling initiatives
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
