Job Title: Manager – Field Sales (Investment Upsell)

Location: Gurugram

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Manager – Field Sales to lead our Investment Upsell function. This role requires strong leadership capability, with a core focus on managing field sales teams, driving revenue growth, and executing strategic upselling initiatives within the financial products segment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of field sales executives to achieve business objectives
  • Drive team performance through target setting, regular reviews, and coaching
  • Develop and implement effective investment upsell strategies to maximize revenue
  • Identify opportunities for cross-sell and upsell within the existing customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize team productivity and conversions
  • Ensure adherence to organizational processes, compliance, and quality standards

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in BFSI/Investment domain
  • Mandatory: Proven experience in handling and leading field sales teams
  • Strong understanding of investment and financial products
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and upselling initiatives
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
