Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle Sales & Business Development for Cardiac products across South India or assigned states.
  • Achieve sales targets, budgets, and ensure successful new product launches.
  • Manage, retain, and develop a team of ZBMs, RBMs, ABMs, and MRs, ensuring high PCPM and target achievement.
  • Conduct scientific/medical promotions of Cardiac products and implement marketing strategies effectively.
  • Maintain administrative control and performance monitoring of the field force.
  • Appoint and manage Stockists and Distributors to ensure seamless distribution.
  • Provide guidance and support to the team to achieve individual and business targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • B.Sc (Science) or B. Pharma graduate.
  • 1820 years of experience in Pharma Sales, with 23 years as Zonal Sales Manager handling Cardiac segment for South India or multiple states.
  • Strong people management and business development skills.
  • Experience in scientific/medical promotions and launching new products in the Cardiac segment.
  • Proven ability in maintaining administrative control of field force and managing stockists/distributors.
