Sales & P&L Driving: Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual personal loan sales targets, revenue goals, and product profitability.
Channel & DSA Management: Build, expand, and activate Direct Selling Agent (DSA) networks and external sourcing channels.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise sales executives and managers, tracking KPIs and driving field productivity.
Risk & Compliance: Partner with credit and risk teams to maintain high portfolio quality, ensure audit compliance, and reduce first-time-right (FTR) rejections.
Digital & Cross-Sell Adoption: Drive digital loan application journeys and cross-sell value-added services (VAS). [, ]
