Key Responsibilities
Corporate Sales & Business Development
- Drive B2B corporate sales for air cargo, freight forwarding, and courier services
- Identify, develop, and onboard new corporate customers
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts to maximize revenue and profitability
- Achieve monthly and annual sales revenue and gross profit targets
Pricing & Solution Selling
- Prepare freight quotations and negotiate air, sea, and courier rates with customers
- Understand customer logistics requirements and propose optimal shipping solutions
- Support cross-selling opportunities across air freight, sea freight, and courier services
Client Relationship Management
- Independently manage client visits, negotiations, and relationship building
- Handle both Japanese corporate clients and local Indian customers
- Maintain long-term customer relationships through proactive engagement and service follow-up
Coordination & Post-Sales Support
- Coordinate with Customer Service and Operations teams for smooth shipment execution
- Handle customer inquiries, escalations, shipment delays, and service-related issues
- Ensure effective post-shipment follow-up and customer satisfaction
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer data
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports
- Track KPIs related to revenue, gross profit, and customer acquisition
