Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Manager - Performance Based. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, initiating and maintaining relationships with prospective customers, preparing and delivering sales presentations, and analyzing sales performance data. The role offers performance-based incentives to reward exceptional results.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals
  • Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, such as SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing
  • Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical skills for assessing sales data, forecasting, and optimizing revenue performance
  • Familiarity with CRM tools for tracking leads and managing client information
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setting
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in a performance-based sales role is advantageous
