We are hiring an experienced
Sales Manager for a leading Systems Integrator in the field of Communication & Collaboration Solutions serving corporate and government enterprises across India.
This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in
IT Infrastructure, Networking, Collaboration, Cybersecurity, AV & Surveillance Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive complete Sales business for Mid & Large Enterprise Accounts.
- Sell solutions in Audio / Video / Voice / Data / IT Infra / Networking / Cyber Security / Surveillance.
- Achieve revenue & margin targets for assigned territory/accounts.
- Identify new markets, customers & business opportunities.
- Build & manage relationships with OEMs, partners & consultants.
- Work closely with cross-functional & service teams for execution.
- Conduct client meetings & solution presentations.
- Execute business plan to expand customer base.
Required Experience
- 812 years of Sales experience in IT/AV/Networking/Cyber Security domain.
- Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure landscape.
- Experience selling solutions across Networking, Collaboration, Voice, Security & Automation.
- Exposure to OEM ecosystem such as: Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, Crestron, Poly, Extron, Logitech, Zoom, MTR etc.
- Proven track record of revenue & margin achievement.
- Experience working in a Systems Integration (SI) environment preferred.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
