Job Title: Salesforce Sr. Developer/Tech Lead

Experience: 4 - 7 years / 8 years

Location: jaipur

CTC : 12 / 25 lakh per annum

Key Responsibilities:

Design, configure, code Salesforce products and solutions

Engage with project PM, Solution architect, BA and customer's technical team to

understand requirements and design the technical solution

Define the technical design and specifications of the solution by translating the

functional design and business requirements

Configure and develop the solution and interfaces as per the design and established

best practices

Configure and deploy standard and custom reports, dashboards and snapshots

Define the test plan, test cases and conduct testing of the configured solution

Manage the testing and deployment of the solution from development to test and

production

Support the development of enhancements and change requests

Lead and manage a team for the design, development and support of module(s) /

function(s)

Co-ordinate with customer's applications and IT teams for design, development,

testing and deployment of configured solutions

Support presales teams in technical response to RFPs, effort estimations and demo

configurations

Participate and support in design and development of pre-built solutions

Maintain deep technical knowledge of Salesforce products / solutions

Conduct technical workshops / sessions for internal teams to share knowledge

internally

Mentor junior developers to enhance their technical skills and foster a collaborative

and a growth-oriented development environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience on Visualforce, Apex, LWC, SLDS,

Workflows, Aura, JavaScript, CSS, HTML

Hands-on experience in building Workflows in Salesforce

Strong understanding of UI/UX design & development

Experience in Agile delivery and Scrum

Salesforce Certification(s). Platform Developer I Certification is required and PD2

(Platform Developer II) is preferred.

Minimum 4 years of development experience in Salesforce

Solid technical knowledge of Salesforce products and solutions preferred Sales,

Service, Field Service, Einstein Analytics, Communities

Strong knowledge of Process Builder, SOQL and SOSL queries, Reports,

Dashboards and Snapshots

Integration experience using SOAP, REST APIs and Salesforce Connect and other

middleware tools

Data Migration using Import Wizard, Apex Data Loader or other data migration tools

Knowledge of Development tools, IDEs, and configuration management and version

control tools

Change Request Management, issue tracking and defect management process and

tools

Sound understanding of Salesforce development best practices, architecture

standards and SFDX

Preferred Skills:

Apex programming, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Sales Cloud, Service

Cloud, Experience Cloud Data Modelling, Integration

Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud

Industries Cloud (Manufacturing, Education, Healthcare & Life science)

Key Competencies:

Excellent communication, both written and verbal is highly preferred.

Reporting Structure:

Sr. Developer/Tech Lead will be reporting to the Salesforce Architect.
