Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. The Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales efforts, develop and implement effective sales strategies, organize and lead a sales team, and build long-term relationships with customers. This role involves achieving sales targets, managing client accounts, monitoring market trends, and collaborating with other teams to optimize business growth. Additionally, the Sales Manager is expected to provide valuable feedback to the management to improve product offerings and services.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Leadership and team management skills to effectively oversee and mentor a sales team
- Knowledge of market research, client relationship management, and business development
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Analytical and decision-making abilities to identify opportunities and solve problems
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is advantageous
- Previous experience in the agriculture machinery or manufacturing industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
