The Opportunity: Shape the Future of Electronics
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager with a hunter mindset to play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, new customer acquisition and driving sales for our EMC shielding and thermal solutions. Based in Bangalore/Delhi/Chennai you will be instrumental in cultivating strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing directly to Nolato's strategic global expansion.
What You'll Do:
- Lead Sales Growth: Develop and execute impactful sales strategies to achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets for our EMC and thermal material portfolios.
- Forge Strong Partnerships: Build and nurture long-term, collaborative relationships with key existing and prospective customers, including global industry leading customers within Automotive, telecom and others.
- Drive Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities and emerging market segments aligned with Nolato's strategic vision.
- Be a Technical Advisor: Work hand-in-hand with our Product Managers and R&D teams to deeply understand customer technical challenges and present innovative, tailored solutions.
- Analyze & Adapt: Monitor market trends, competitive landscapes, and technological advancements to ensure our strategies remain sharp and effective.
- Manage & Negotiate: Oversee the entire sales cycle, from crafting compelling quotations to negotiating and closing profitable agreements.
- Collaborate for Success: Partner cross-functionally with product management, marketing, and R&D to ensure seamless strategy execution and customer satisfaction.
- Report & Forecast: Provide regular, insightful reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market activities.
Who You Are:
- Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in technical sales or business development, ideally focused on materials for mechanical components as well as solutions for electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and thermal management, with an exposure to Automotive Electronics & lighting, Datacenters/Datacom/Telecom/Networking equipment electronics, Renewable Energy and related power electronics applications.
- This is a senior sales role and includes a sales responsibility for appointed accounts, with a strong focus on business development and sales growth. The role is based in India from home office, reports to the Director Global Sales & General Manager -India with no direct reportees.
- University degree in Engineering (mandatory), Economics, or a related technical field is highly desirable
- You possess a demonstrated ability to build and sustain robust customer relationships and navigate complex sales processes.
- A technical understanding of EMC shielding and/or thermal interface materials is a significant advantage.
- You can articulate complex technical benefits and solutions clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- You are fluent in English and local language.
- You exhibit excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- You are a proactive, results-oriented individual who thrives both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- You are willing to travel for business, both nationally and internationally, to meet our global customers.
