Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rohtak for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, actively manage and guide a team of sales professionals, and build productive relationships with key stakeholders and customers. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves analyzing market data to develop strategies and making informed decisions to drive growth.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership and management skills to guide and motivate a sales team effectively
- Strong experience in business development, including identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities
- Expertise in customer relationship management, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term trust
- Sound understanding of sales strategies, market trends, and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Familiarity with health insurance or financial products is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
