Responsible for expanding business volumes of mortgage lending in the location, manage client database and tap them through team of Sales managers
Identify business growth opportunities across locations build direct channel, new client acquisition, strategies tap growth opportunities to achieve business
Monitor client servicing matrix, develop relationship management programmes and motive Sales Managers and channel partners to display high level of client servicing standards
Support the Credit and review by supervising the preparation of loan proposal and documentation to ensure controlled operations at locations.
Guide and develop Sales managers to facilitate better customer acquisition, retention and support and help them achieve superior performance standards
