Role: Sales Manager

This role requires strong individual ownership and accountability.

Ideal for a self-driven professional who can independently manage the complete sales cycle and consistently achieve assigned targets through disciplined execution.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets

Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property presentations

Manage the complete sales cyclefrom lead qualification to closures

Maintain accurate lead and deal tracking in CRM

Build and nurture long-term client relationships

Coordinate internally for documentation and post-sales processes

Generate business through referrals, networking, and market outreach

Performance Expectations

Consistent achievement of individual targets

Strong conversions through proactive follow-ups

Clear ownership of deals and timelines

Required Skills

Proven real estate closing experience

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Self-motivated and result-oriented

Ability to work with minimal supervision
