Key Responsibilities:
We're looking for a passionate and result-driven ** Sales Manager/ Assistant Manager –
Sales** to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate or
high-value product sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide customers
through a seamless buying experience.
● Handle walk-in clients, site visits, and project presentations.
● Understand client needs, preferences, and budgets to recommend suitable
properties.
● Manage end-to-end sales processes from lead generation to closure.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers.
● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
● Coordinate with CRM and marketing teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
● Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies.
● Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
● Confident, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
● Proficient in handling client queries and delivering presentations.
● Willingness to work on weekends and flexible hours (weekly off on weekdays).
● Own vehicle preferred.
