Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets
• Develop and execute sales strategies for motors, submersible pumps, and allied products
• Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular feedback
• Expand dealer, distributor, and customer networks in assigned regions
• Build strong relationships with key clients and channel partners
• Analyze market trends, competition, and customer requirements
• Ensure effective coordination between sales, service, and internal teams
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews for management
• Support the team with negotiations, key account handling, and closures
