About the Role
The role is responsible for driving Municipal Water & Wastewater business by identifying opportunities, managing tendering activities, coordinating with consultants and government departments, and achieving sales targets for Water & Wastewater Treatment equipment and solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to Municipal Corporations, Water Boards, PHED departments, consultants, EPC contractors, and government procurement processes.
Responsibilities
- Business Development
- Develop Municipal Water & Wastewater business across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
- Identify new opportunities in Water Supply, Sewerage, STP, WTP, and Infrastructure projects.
- Build relationships with government departments, consultants, and EPC contractors.
- Generate new business opportunities and convert leads into orders.
- Government & Municipal Relations
- Coordinate with Municipal Corporations, Municipal Councils, Water Boards, and Government Departments.
- Develop relationships with key decision-makers and project stakeholders.
- Track upcoming projects and procurement plans.
- Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and technical discussions.
- Tendering & Proposal Management
- Identify relevant tenders through government portals and industry sources.
- Review tender documents, technical specifications, and BOQs.
- Coordinate preparation and submission of techno-commercial proposals.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings and tender clarifications.
- Manage the complete tender lifecycle.
- Consultant & EPC Coordination
- Work closely with consultants for product approvals and specifications.
- Coordinate with EPC contractors and project execution teams.
- Promote company products and solutions to consultants and project authorities.
- Ensure inclusion of Euroteck products in project specifications.
- Sales & Revenue Generation
- Achieve territory-wise sales targets.
- Prepare sales forecasts and business plans.
- Conduct negotiations and commercial discussions.
- Follow up on order finalization and payment collections.
- Market Development
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Identify emerging opportunities in Government and Municipal sectors.
- Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.
- Promote Euroteck products and solutions across target markets.
Key Government Departments Exposure
Candidates having experience with the following departments will be preferred:

Qualifications
- B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, Environmental, Electrical or related discipline)
- MBA (Marketing) preferred.
Required Skills
- 5 to 15 years of experience in Municipal / Government Sales.
- Experience in Water & Wastewater Treatment Industry.
- Strong exposure to Government Tendering processes.
- Experience in handling Municipal Water & Wastewater projects.
- Experience in consultant and EPC contractor coordination.
Preferred Skills
- Existing network within Municipal Corporations and Government Departments.
- Exposure to Telangana and Andhra Pradesh Government projects.
- Experience in Water Treatment Equipment sales.
